Client Portal
The Client Portal allows managers not directly involved with the screening team to add, oversee, and adjust screening checks. Its adaptive design guarantees managers can monitor progress whether on a mobile, tablet, or desktop.
Additionally, the Divisional Portal can be set up for exclusive access within the organization and only permit connections from specific IP addresses
Back-office portal
The Back-office Portal empowers the screening team to oversee and handle every facet of screening. Regular Users can view only the applicants and tasks assigned to them, whereas Manager/Team Leader Users have a broader view, encompassing all applicants and tasks delegated to any team member. This structure facilitates streamlined team management. For added security, the back-office portal can be tailored to restrict access solely within the organization and to accept connections exclusively from specific IP addresses

The Applicant Portal empowers the screening team to oversee and handle every facet of screening. Regular The Applicant Portal provides a secure platform for users to sign in, upload necessary documents, and submit information using 2-factor authentication.
